Employee satisfaction is the extent to which employees are happy or content with their jobs and work environment. Employee satisfaction leads the employee to work more passionately which is required at work place for better productivity.Satisfied employee are happier with their given job and there is sense of contentment.
Sometimes Employee satisfaction and Employee engagement are taken as similar concepts but both of the terminologies differ from each other. As in employee satisfaction the employee is more passionate and committed towards the work. In contrast Employee engagement is the extent to which employee feels passionate about their job and committed to their organization. 
Employee satisfaction is mostly reflected through their work. The employee feel satisfied with their workplace because there is consistent values which stick them to organization even at hard times. Long term focus, proper leadership, continuous communication, collaboration, speed, agility and opportunities for development helps the HGTechSolutions employee to feel satisfied.

HRM is the function within an organization that focuses on the recruitment of, management of, and providing direction for the people who work in an organization. But now HRM is moving away from traditional personnel, administration, and transactional roles, which are increasingly outsourced.

The HRM function is now expected to add value to the strategic utilization of employees and to ensure that employee programs recommended and implemented impact in business in positive measurable ways.
